The company prefer to hire fresh graduates for Inside Sales role VS experienced tech sales person with connection, experience, passion, capability and business know how to deliver compelling business value to the customer and boost business growth. No matter how much i emphasis my experience and achievements, the manager just blankly say that they have Fresh graduate in the ISR team with 0 experience. In the end, they rejected my application as a mature candidate
I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. Upon receiving great feedback and plans to move forward to next steps the recruiter went dark. I politely followed up via email asking for feedback but never heard back.

I did two interviews already, and they let me know that there were probably at a minimum two more interviews to go including one onsite. This seems like a LOT of interviews and with so many interviews just to get the job I am really worried about just how many layers of bureaucracy this place is going to have.
