      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (London, England) in Apr 2015

      Interview

The interview process took 5 months and the evaluation process consisted in 4 interviews and a final test. I've been selected via LinkedIn by a recruiter then I attended a first on-boarding verification about my academic and professional background, then I've been interviewed by the UK managers. Last test consisted in presenting my first 90 days within the Group.

      Question 1

What is your knowledge about KYC, AML, Third Party due diligence mitigation approaches?
      1 Answer

      Interview

It was very straightforward. I met with HR, met with the manager (who had questions and a cold call roleplay), and then met with she and her boss (did a more thorough qualification call). I ended up rejecting the offer due to receiving another that was more in line with what I was looking for, but it was a tough decision as Claire and Aron seem to be such amazing people and leaders.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters

      Interview

There were 5 interviews: an HR screen, hiring manager, 1 potential peer, head of the domestic business, head of the global business. 3 of the 5 interviews were conducted by phone. The final round was a mock pitch by phone for 20 minutes. This occurred over a two week period. After the pitch, the hiring manager called to make the offer, followed by a call by HR to confirm.
