Interview
Had a very awkward recruiter screen where the recruiter barely asked any questions and ended the call within 10 minutes. The recruiter did not share compensation even when asked. Even though the screen clearly went badly, they took 5 business days to get back to me to reject me with a templated email and no feedback.
There were four rounds, first was a phone interview, second was a Human Resources interview, 3rd was a face to face and the 4th was a panel. Overall a reasonably straightforward process

Interview
Great open ending questions around sales and what is the culture I'd prefer. I originally met with the manager for my role and then the VP of sales before finalizing with the CRO. Each interview was a different process and helped me learn more about the company.
