There were two interviews that I experienced. The first was with the hiring managers and the second with peers. I felt comfortable throughout the entire interview process. The hiring managers allowed me to answer the questions in an environment where I did not feel intimidated or nervous. During this process, I was able to really feel the vibe of salesforce and what ohana really means. I was able to feel that the managers wanted me to succeed, they wanted me to do well and were there to assist me with questions that I might have.

The interview process included a 30 - minute phone screen with HR, a 1 - hour interview with the hiring manager focusing on sales experience and CRM knowledge, and a final role - play exercise simulating a cold call to a prospect.
