They misrepresented the situation to get me to accept the role. I was told the company was experiencing strong growth, that the product was solid, that employees were well taken care of, and that there was a positive work environment with meaningful opportunities for career progression. I would be cautious in your interactions with A.P. as I found her communication to be unreliable.
The reality upon joining was quite different: there was high churn, high employee turnover, an unstable product, strong commercial pressure, and aggressive discounting. In addition, the work environment proved to be highly toxic, with strong performers typically leaving the company within just a few months. Don’t expect to receive your variable compensation, as it is typically not paid.
Overall, these signals point to underlying challenges with product–market fit and/or execution. Don't waste your time!

SoI was contacted by Anoop from HR and an interview was scheduled, which was later cancelled at the last moment saying the position had already been filled. What was confusing is that I was later rejected citing my 90-day notice period, even though this was already known when the HR initially reached out. I also learned that a colleague from my current company had a similar experience, with interviews being scheduled and cancelled at the last minute. Overall, this felt unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for candidates’ time. stupid interview

Interview
I applied by reaching out directly to the Head of People Operations on Linkedin, and we quickly arranged an interview. The conversation was pleasant, and I was invited to complete a test task shortly afterward. I submitted the task before the deadline, but never received any confirmation of receipt nor information about when to expect feedback.
A week later, the TA Partner emailed me with an invitation to an interview with an HRBP. We scheduled the meeting, but 1 business day before the call, I received a cancellation notice without any explanation. After I reached out for clarification, I was told, “I will keep you posted with the updated time soon.”
It has now been almost one month since my initial communication with the hiring manager and four days since the cancellation, yet I still haven’t received any updates.
