I applied by reaching out directly to the Head of People Operations on Linkedin, and we quickly arranged an interview. The conversation was pleasant, and I was invited to complete a test task shortly afterward. I submitted the task before the deadline, but never received any confirmation of receipt nor information about when to expect feedback.
A week later, the TA Partner emailed me with an invitation to an interview with an HRBP. We scheduled the meeting, but 1 business day before the call, I received a cancellation notice without any explanation. After I reached out for clarification, I was told, “I will keep you posted with the updated time soon.”
It has now been almost one month since my initial communication with the hiring manager and four days since the cancellation, yet I still haven’t received any updates.
