I asked for feedback and I was told I didn't have enough construction experience (I have 8 years, 5 years as a PM) or demonstrate strong sales acumen (to be fair I have 0 years in sales). Sounds like I wasn't a good fit and they value people who have used the product extensively.

Its a Four Step Process, very detail-oriented. Phone interview with recuirter Followed by an interview with the Hiring manager & then Culture fit interview with three other members of the team. Lastly, a case study presentation with hriing manager & senior executive.
