6 interviews (directors, managers, and colleagues) Half way through the interview, I realized the culture of this company was horrible. To specifically identify the team, their IT (Data science) was borderline racist as their culture seemed very isolated and "Indian Only" culture. The position was heavily focused on the front-end side of the development but during the interview, they asked for full stack, reporting, and machine learning. By the end of the interview (4 hours), I didn't care whether I got an offer due to their terrifying culture!
