Oracle Business Development Manager interview questions

Internal recruiter contacted me to schedule an on-site interview. The lobby had multiple (groups) of people arriving at the same time for the same position. Each of us were placed in a room and the interviewers moved around to each candidate. Most were experienced interviews and seemed to have their own checklist of key candidate criteria that only allowed for a quick response. Based on the personality type of one of the interviewers, I contacted the recruiter the next day and withdrew my candidate status, based on the interviewer being the overall department manager.

Interview process was pretty standard. It included a recruiter call, hiring manager call, and a panel presentation. It also included speaking and being interviewed by peers (other managers) and potential direct reports (BDRS).
