Netflix Recruiting Operations Manager interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me before the role was posted. I had a call with her very quickly, followed by another call with a senior member of the recruiting team in Amsterdam. I never heard back again (even when I followed up twice). I know recruiting teams are busy, but once you've spoken to someone you should at least send them an email saying thanks but no thanks. Don't ghost your candidates.
