I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Netflix in Jun 2022
Interview
I was directly contact by an inhouse recruiter, not an agency. She told me they were interested in my profile, we arranged a meeting, and then she never called, answered the LI messages or answered the email I sent. It was a waste of time and I got a very bad impression of how they treat candidates, specially since I didn't apply in the first place.
I applied online. I interviewed at Netflix (Menlo Park, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
*This interview took place during COVID times* I was contacted by a recruiter and then had 1 screening call with that recruiter where they asked me skill based questions and for a breif summary of my experience. I then had a 45 minute call with the hiring manager who asked me mostly situational questions. After that I was asked to give a 20 minute presentation to a panel, after which I had 1:1 interviews with all of the panelists. I then had one more additional call with the hiring manager before they made their final decision.
