Great interview process, the staff was very organized and everyone was friendly throughout the entire few weeks. There were three interviews total and each was helpful in understanding their organizational structure.

Interview
1. Phone screen
2. Phone interview with the hiring manager
3. First round is a technical interview with 3-4 people
4. Second round is with 2-3 people from the org's management/director level
The overall experience was hard and challenging but reasonable. They look for people with a life outside of Netflix so make sure to tie in other hobbies or volunteering work you do on the side. They expect you to be sure to think outside of the box when preparing for your interview.
