I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Netflix (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
This was the second time I was considered for a position. The first time was a series of phone and in-person interviews- was told all were positive although I “wasn’t the right fit for the position.” A long time passes and now a different recruiter reached out to me for yet another position. Phone interview went fine...and now crickets. Get your act together Netflix. You boast about your culture but you don’t have basic manners or professionalism. And it’s your loss, trust me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Netflix (Los Gatos, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Very detailed with each interview, I had six total, focused on a specific area (leadership, partnership, culture fit, etc.). The culture memo is definitely lived, not just on paper. For leadership is was about how you handle low performers and how you work to build culture on your team.
Great interview with senior stakeholders asking questions about experience and sharing insights into the workplace culture and the job itself. Stakeholders highlight what experience they are looking for and what to expect in the first 90 days.
I applied online. I interviewed at Netflix (Singapore)
Interview
Several rounds starting with Recruiter with focus on company culture, then hiring manager round, HR round, then director and VP of the team. In total 6 rounds of interview, the hiring team will review together to identify the right candidate
