Recruiter call --> whiteboard with tech lead --> marathon 3 hour back to back with many stakeholders.
Every single person was super friendly. I didnt get the job, but felt like working there would be nice.

My interview experience at Mediaocean was very positive. The interview process was well-organized, and the HR team kept me informed about the timeline and next steps throughout. I appreciated how punctual and professional they were in providing updates. The interviewer was friendly and thorough, ensuring that the conversation was smooth and insightful. Overall, it was a great experience.

They were interested in how I handled challenges in that area and how I applied my skills to achieve results
They IQ test you. This is the first red flag. You can see other reviews where people say its a very internally competitive environment, where you're up against your coworkers. I don't know if that's true, but I had the IQ test, and then a quick recruiter call, where I was praised for my score, and my recruiter said "a good score on that is really important here."
Take that as you will. I saw it as a red flag. They ghosted me after that call, which I will call a blessing in disguise.
