The leadership and HR team tries to get free labor and consulting services by asking interviewees to create decks (mini cases) to solve current & live business problems RealPage is currently going through and have you present it to their leadership team as a part of the interview. They get the free work/ideas and then they state they will call you. However, they send you a rejection letter a week or two later because they got the free consulting service in solving their problem. They have no intention in hiring you. Stay away from this firm and their unscrupulous methods.

Other Senior Product Manager interview reviews for LeagueApps
I applied online. I interviewed at LeagueApps (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
I recently went through five rounds:
An initial phone screening with the recruiter who is the Director of People & Talent
A Hiring Manager interview with the Chief Product Officer
A panel interview with the CPO, a Product Manager, and a Designer
Another panel with a Designer and Engineer
A final breakout case study discussion with a Product Manager
Throughout most of the process, the Director of People & Talent maintained regular communication, which I appreciated. However, after completing all five rounds and being told I was nearing the final steps—an interview with the CEO—all communication abruptly stopped. I followed up multiple times over three weeks but was essentially ghosted.
It's understandable that not every candidate will move forward, but being ghosted at this late stage left me feeling disappointed and disrespected, especially given the significant time and energy I invested.
I’m sharing this to set realistic expectations for future candidates at this company. Regardless of how far you progress in this company's hiring process, don’t assume this company will respect your time. I hope LeagueApps reflects on this and improves their candidate experience moving forward.
