I applied for the Create program of Fortude and it had an initial level interview, then an IQ test. If you’re selected from the IQ test you will have to face an assessment organized by them where it will test you from multiple aspects such as Presentation skills, handling pressure, people skills and many more. Overall it was challenging, yet a positive experience and you can realize where you stand.
