Working at Fortude over the past couple of months has been an encouraging experience so far. The transition into the company was smooth, and the team has been extremely friendly and supportive from the beginning. One of the things I appreciate most is the collaborative work culture, where colleagues are always willing to help and guide each other through new changes and responsibilities. The work environment is energetic, encouraging, and creates a positive atmosphere to learn and grow professionally. I’ve had the opportunity to gain new knowledge and exposure within a short period, which has helped me adapt quickly and build confidence in my role. Overall, it has been a great learning journey so far, and I look forward to growing further with the organization.
