Eightfold interview questions

First meeting with Director of Engineering, followed by Agentic Coding Round and ML System Design Round, discussion around your past work, knowledge of AI Assisted Coding, Thought process around ML system design is evaluated.

The recruiter call was a disappointing experience. The recruiter came across as rude and dismissive, and the conversation felt more focused on nitpicking my questions than providing helpful context about the role, team, or interview process. When I asked clarifying questions, the responses were vague and did not give me enough information to properly evaluate the opportunity. Overall, the interaction left a poor impression of the recruiting process.
