Eightfold Software Engineer interview questions

Started with recruiter doing cold call. Then initial manager vetting with project deep dive, followed by system design and coding. Chat with skip level manager, mostly selling and team fitting.

I had a couple of interviews, very mundane questions and they never came back to me depsite me following up several times. I have never heard anything back from them which is extremely frustrating given the prep we do as candidates.
