No front desk staff to greet the candidate upon entry to the office. Interviewer was extremely rude, asking questions and then repeatedly interrupting the candidate before they could answer. Interviewer was not honest about certain aspects of the position-specifically the fact that the successful candidate would be expected to field 35+ calls per day from angry, hostile, and aggressive individuals. This was also not mentioned in the job posting. Heed the Glassdoor reviews from company employees warning candidates away from this company-they speak truth.

Four step interview process with a lot of theory based questions and require a ton of knowledge to secure a position in the next step of the interviews. The interviewers were nice
