Conductor Software Engineer interview questions

The initial call with the recruiter, the interview with the lead engineer, coding challenge, follow up interview to discuss the coding challenge, 4 hours onsite interview with different engineers only to have nobody responds to an email after that. Never got a word from them after the onsite interview. Extremely unprofessional.

After applying, I was given an online coding test followed by a recruiter phone screen and a video meeting with an engineer to review the coding test. Afterwards, I was invited to a set of in-person interviews with a few engineers and the Director of engineering. Everyone was very friendly and straightforward. As the final interview step, I was invited back to meet with the CTO to answer any questions I had and confirm the specific potential team placement.
