I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini in Nov 2017
Interview
After applying they invited me straight to final interview with tests etc.. I have passed all tests with highest marks and answered all questions correctly, whole process felt smooth, in the end they had to chose between me and other guy, and they have chosen other guy, despite him not passing all tests etc.. They said that they have chosen him because apparently on my presentation "about my self" I haven't answered couple irrelevant to job role questions. I did explain to them that they invited me to final interview straight away, and areas and topics you need to cover and questions to answer, were discussed on initial interviews that I was not invited to - so I was simply not aware as those questions were nowhere mentioned.
They still said that there is nothing they can do apparently.
The interviewers also seemed unprofessional, there was 3 of them, and during my presentation 2 were on the phone and 3rd guy was trying to listen, but I don't think he cared
