Resume Shortlisting: Candidates are initially screened based on their resume, including academic performance, technical skills, projects, internships, certifications, and relevant experience. Only applicants meeting the company's eligibility criteria are shortlisted for the next stage.
Offline Aptitude, Coding & CS Fundamentals Exam: Shortlisted candidates appear for a written assessment consisting of aptitude questions, coding problems, and computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, OOP, DBMS, OS, and computer networks to evaluate technical knowledge.
Technical & HR Interview: Candidates who clear the written exam attend technical and HR interviews. The technical round assesses programming, problem-solving, projects, and core CS concepts, while the HR round evaluates communication skills, personality, career goals, teamwork, and overall cultural fit.
