Quite disappointed with the selection process and management. I reached company for interview at nearly 10:45 before mentioned time (11:00). It was walkin so I knew it will take time , but there management there was not up to mark. Initially they they said there will be two rounds today. Then they started interview. Nearly 40 to 50 people came that day. Still at 3 PM they have taken interview of only 10 to 15 people. Then after 3 PM they came with aptitude test which was not supposed to happen. One of my friend has to give apti after technical round which was stupid. He has cleared technical but got eliminated in apti . Then after apti I waited till 6 for my interview. The person who was taking my interview was not quite interested in taking it. He was in hurry to go home so he just took my interview as formality. Told mi that we need someone with 4 yrs of experience for lead position so thanks for coming. So after waiting full day he gave me hardly 4 to 5 min for technical. My colleague working in same company in same project cleared both rounds for same position. The interviewer's where not clear in themselves what they are looking for. Some said they need only Etl tester , some said they need someone with Unix ,SQL as team member not lead. So overall it was pretty frustrating.
