They look for your application automation and leadership skills. Specially when you are applying for position in DevOps team, it means a company should be able to trust you, to put their production in your hands, and let you safeguard them. It's a real DEAL !

It was all about automation using various tools, and computer languages.
Generic rejection via email 4 weeks after second interview. Total time from application to rejection was 8 weeks. Kind of disrespectful to not even write an email an list reasons why.
