2 telephonic Tech Interview
Very well organized. Applied online, had a digital interview, was invited to the discovery center day with about 20 other intern candidates. Here we met former interns and potential co-workers, worked through two case studies, had an on-site tour, and concluded with one-on-one interviews.

The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.

The interview focused heavily on core JavaScript technical topics, and one coding question was asked. The session lasted for a solid hour, and the interviewer was helpful whenever I got stuck.
