I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Dec 2016
Interview
Interview process was ok.
1. Got call from staffing agency.
2. Telephonic Technical discussion.
3. F2F manager/technical discussion.
4. HR discussion.
But HR was so pathetic she told me I am selected, We discussed on CTC part , she shared me tentative break up and asked me to wait for 3 days for final offer.
After 10 days follow up he told me we cant release your offer due to some issues, Thanks for applying with us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really pathetic, Never trust capgemini HR they are always rude towards candidate & never give response on time.
