The interview went too long no pre-screening round direct face to face. It was 1 technical round followed by a long assignment then followed again by another technical round.You need to have a good work experience and technical skills to go through this process. It takes a complete day. After all round at the end HR round. In which the HR basically lied about the leave and compensation policies which I realized only upon joining the company. He said that the company provides 1000/- per month for internet charges without need to produce bills which is not true. Also he said the company will provide 1250/- per month for food allowance which is also not true.
