Interviewed for a Renewals role at Autodesk. Recruiter screen and hiring manager convo were solid, peer interview went well too. Then… nothing. No follow-up, no rejection, just ghosted. After multiple rounds, that lack of communication is frustrating and feels unprofessional. A simple update would go a long way. Overall, strong start but a disappointing and disorganized finish.
