    It was a great place to work, very good culture. The projects are challenging, and you get to learn a lot. Teams are well sized, and overall a really good place to work.

    Cons

    Salaries should be higher doesn't compare up to Google. Management could do better sharing their vision and objectives with the company.

    - Strong push for cultural change - Successful business model transition - Management changes in my division are for the better - I am still learning

    Cons

    - Product managers are not technical enough, often pie in the sky requirements, and no vision - No complete product ownership outside of the US - Some departments are super inefficient and political, promotion based on who you know, rather than on merit - no data strategy - salary of existing employees are on the lower end of the market range

    Politics, horrible HRs both recruiting and HRBP. Stay careful while dealing with people here.
