There are multiple rounds of interviews. Last round is with a panel of managers. Questions are fairly easy. A decision will be sent to you by the recruiter (first person you interviewed with via phone).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Sacramento, CA) in Sept 2023
Interview
First, a screening phone call with role play. Second interview with people working on site, at Elk Grove campus. They were really nice, but when they explained the functions of the role, they differed from the job posting. The ad said that I would be receiving calls , emails and chats. The recruiters said it's just calls, no chat or email. 8 hours of calls! 6 hours is already unhealthy for your ears and mental health. If they made it to have 6 hours of calls and 2 of chat would be better. They also said you could do 10 hours and skip one day of the week.... Job is on-site and could be from 5 am to 8pm. Honestly, having worked at a call center before, I know how unhealthy is to attend phone calls for 4-6 hours, so 8-10 hours felt exploitative. Not for me, so I decided to not pursue this job anymore.
