Accenture Senior Test Automation Engineer interview questions

I would like to share my experience with Accenture’s interview and offer process, which has been quite disappointing. I applied for the role via Naukri and the company’s career portal. The entire interview process was conducted online and was flexible in terms of slot selection. The process included three rounds—two technical rounds and one technical-managerial round. The first interview was conducted on 7th November 2025, and the final round was completed on 24th November 2025. An offer letter was released on 6th December 2025. However, what was surprising and concerning was that no HR discussion took place at all. There was no conversation around my current CTC, last working day, or expectations. Despite this, an offer was released with only a 12% hike on my fixed CTC and a 27% variable component (close to ₹4 lakhs), which was neither discussed nor aligned with market expectations. Due to this, I declined the offer and formally requested an HR discussion for clarification and negotiation. Unfortunately, there was no response—neither via email nor through the portal. Even during onboarding follow-ups, where I clearly communicated my concerns, there was no acknowledgment or resolution. It is disappointing that after clearing three rigorous technical rounds, the process broke down at the HR stage. A lack of communication and alignment ultimately led to rejecting the offer—something I did not expect from an organization of Accenture’s stature. This experience was unfortunate and fell short of the professionalism and candidate experience one would expect from a global organization.
