One of the worst interview experiences I have had.
I attended multiple rounds of interviews, including in-person rounds, and was asked to submit my documents. After completing the entire process and investing significant time and effort, I received an email stating that they would not be moving forward because the position had already been filled.
My biggest concern is the lack of transparency and respect for candidates' time. If the position was close to being filled or no longer available, candidates should have been informed before being taken through multiple interview rounds and document submission.
Companies should understand that candidates invest considerable time, effort, preparation, and sometimes travel expenses in attending interviews. A reputed organization like Accenture should have a more transparent, organized, and candidate-friendly recruitment process.
Very disappointing experience.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Chengalpattu) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process at Accenture was smooth and well-structured. It started with a technical discussion focused mainly on my final year project and my exposure to web development. The interviewer asked in-depth questions about the technologies I used, my role, challenges faced, and how I solved them. There were also behavioral questions about my strengths, weaknesses, and situational scenarios to assess problem-solving and communication skills. The interviewer was professional and supportive throughout the process.

Question 1
The main focus of the interview was my final year project. They asked me to explain the project in detail, including the technologies used, my specific contributions, the challenges I faced, and how I implemented solutions. They also tested my practical knowledge in web development and asked behavioral questions to understand how I handle real-world situations.
Smooth and nice. Interviewer was friendly. Asked basic questions. Mature lady. It was long time ago. Asked me to introduce myself and other technical questions. Not intimidating and listened to me a lot.
