Accenture Oracle Soa Developer interview questions

Technical plus HR . asked basic questions on SOA and about project related questions . Em console , basic bpel questions and its implementation MDS DVm fault policies Soap rest calls Jms ftp Db adpator , error handling support activities

The interview was for half an hour They asked me basic soa questions including whats web service, REST vs SOAP, Xml schema. I answered almost 80 percent of the questions and they told me that i cleared the interview and an HR will be scheduled in a day or two But i never got a call back I tried to contact the person to know the status, But they just stopped responding. Very bad recruitment process Atleast tell the candidate if he is rejected or not.
