A friend who worked for Accenture referred me to interview for the Business Writer position (Job title autofilled).
The interviewer was sporadic. Months would go by between initial contact, written test, and follow-up. I started to get used to not hearing anything. I took two writing tests, both overnight, that were pretty straightforward.
The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.

I cried after my interview. The recruiter ended the interview with telling me that I did everything wrong, that I answered every question wrong, and that everything on my resume was useless. He had 0 words of kindness, and was not at all encouraging to me.
