I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
I applied online. After waiting a week or so for a response, I was required to perform a virtual assessment with lots of questions and several mandatory videos to watch. These ranged from numeracy and literacy questions to personality tests to questions about a pre-recorded video call and how you would deal with the situation. At the end of that, there was yet another virtual assessment which consisted of an IQ test.
I did not get the position. A recruiter reached out to me about the same position in a different department, and that time I was required to do a GitHub assessment based on a bank application. Judging by the lack of any response, it is safe to say I did not get that position either.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
