Interview
For university hires this was a 3-step process, although it included more opportunities for networking pre-interviews. If you're in for Round 1, you first do a Behavioral Interview, then if you qualify from there, you do a Fit / HR talk, and a case question.

there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
Primo colloquio consiste in una breve presentazione di te stesso in massimo quattro minuti e in un assessment di gruppo per la risoluzione di un case da loro proposto, dove si lavora in gruppo con altri candidati e si arriva ad una proposta finale in 50 minuti di tempo
Apply online, OA games and personality questions, Phone Screen where they ask tell me about yourself etc , AC, MD interview. Relatively good process in comparison. Not much else to say really
