I have applied for interview through college. There were 2 rounds, first was aptitude which was easy and second was Group interview in which 5 candidates are interviewed altogether.
They wanted to recruit more girls .So even some girls didnt had that much technical knowledge they were selected.
worse interview process
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
