The process was very fun and chill. One way screening questions and then after being shortlisted, we had to solve a case as a group. They were looking for leadership and collaborate skills.

HR standard interview questions. The Assessment centre was fully team work based. Assignment given and then 4 of us had to work shop through the strategic framework for addressing the client’s question. We were told if we’re all good enough, we’d all get a job. We went to the pub as a group after the session.
