There was an initial telephone screen with a US Recruiter located in their Texas office. He was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. He answered as many questions about the position that he could. That lasted about an hour and again, was primarily focused on my skill set. A few days later, a telephone interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. This interview lasted about an hour and was also very informative. The hiring manager's candid answers definitely painted a clear picture of the role and his expectations.
