Most people I've come across are very nice, and it is clear that there are many people trying their best to succeed and make a name for themselves. They are working on initiatives to improve the experience for new hires.

It is difficult to advocate for yourself if you are unsure of what you should be doing, and mentorship opportunities/leadership may be amazing, or they may be less than. It's a mixed bag. Transparency around which practice you are placed in as an entry-level Consultant is less than desirable, along with seemingly tight constraints for mobility. Pay could be more competitive.
