Bad healthcare plan in Canada CHAOS I was working for Financial Services in Canada and I have NEVER seen such a poorly run project in 15 years. Absolute chaos! We were working a very large organization in Canada and the solution was complete junk. They demanded overtime with no pay. They demanded insane work hours without even a minute to take a pee break and this is working REMOTE! No one knew how to use Project Management software and everything was run by spreadsheets on a project with 900 entities!!! SPREADSHEETS. I complained multiple times. I asked for reassignment and I spoke to people in other departments only to learn this is how that company operates. AVOID Capgemini at all costs. Worst software company in history.

Training and assessments are very productive here but it can be better with more short breaks.
