How is the office food at Capgemini?

Months on bench for periods of time

Free snacks in the break room, lower call volume than other call centers, some nice people in middle management

I worked on contract at Capgemini for the better part of a year, and in that time I did not see a single contractor hired out of the dozens who came and went. The salary could have been worse, but do not sign on here if you aren’t actively seeking another full-time position. They don’t care about you and they don’t hesitate to fire people without warning.

Snacks in the office, occasional company outing

Terrible pay, terrible promotion timeline, terrible executives, frequently hiring less experienced college grads and paying them more than experienced workers.

- Clients are abusive and will scream at you in meetings - Constantly changing guidance on the client side - Management is obsessive about having Teams status on available - Standing up for yourself professionally and setting clear boundaries makes you a target of bullying (a coworker made fake online accounts and started bullying me to the point where a private investigator was hired)

Coffee vending machine quality can be improved

Office snacks provided for free

Work life and job security, strategy and management

Nice office, environment, support when you have a client.

Hard to grow on technical roles
