"From day one, I felt something special in the air and knew I'd made the right choice. 15 years later- I’ve rung the Nasdaq bell, trained teams in Singapore, and had the pleasure of raising 4 amazing children along the way. Hey, I'm Yanit Kimhi - a loving mother and a senior expert in the sales operations team. Starting as a personal assistant to the CEO, I worked my way through various positions, including office manager, travel coordinator, and field marketing specialist, until I found my place in sales operations. It's hard to believe it now, but when I arrived, there were only two of us. Fast forward to today, and we've got 50 great staff members who serve as the gatekeepers for worldwide transactions. We ensure Cellebrite's products reach the right hands and follow all necessary procedures. I work closely with different teams, from legal and finance to technical support who, together, help our clients - global law enforcement agencies - make the world a safer place every day. Our cutting-edge products play a vital role in accelerating operations throughout the investigation process, equipping these organizations with innovative abilities that bridge the technological gap between them and criminals. Working at Cellebrite is much more than a job to me. I grew up in this place, watched my career blossom, won 3 Excellence awards, and met some incredible people along the way. Even after 15 years, there’s still something in the air here, something addictive!
“During my two-decade career in the Israeli Police, I had the privilege of being involved in some of the most challenging investigations imaginable. Looking back over my experiences, one thing is beyond doubt: Technology plays a critical role. Hi, my name is Kfir Lankri, and I'm proud to be a new member of Cellebrite’s Global Technical Customer Support group. After more than 20 years of doing fieldwork, researching digital evidence, and creating a state-of-the-art forensic lab for the police, I made the leap into the world of high-tech. Thanks to the amazing efforts of countless talented individuals in Israel and around the globe, Cellebrite creates innovative technologies that access digital devices through physical connections, enabling law enforcement to gather the forensic evidence they need to put criminals behind bars. Today, a key part of my job is acting as the bridge between our tech support and development teams. When I’m alerted to a malfunction, I attempt to investigate its root cause, gather as much information as possible, then compile a comprehensive report for our development teams so that we can stay ahead in our field. It's challenging, exciting, and as you can tell, I love it. In many ways, the move to Cellebrite feels very natural. Although it has been only four months, I already feel a part of this organization. I’m proud of this new chapter and owe a lot to the one that came before."
Last month, we got a meaningful lesson about the power of persistence and self-fulfillment. Cellebrite employees worldwide attended an insightful Zoom lecture where Michael Alroy shared his life story as a transgender man. During the talk, Michael spoke candidly about his early childhood in South Africa, his journey to Israel, his experiences at a religious all-girls school, his role as a soldier in the IDF, and his work in high-tech business development. Throughout, Michael openly discussed his ups and downs as a trans, sharing his stories of love, struggles, and how he coped along the way. It was a thought-provoking talk about gender identity, life values, and tolerance - a true eye-opener for all of us. Thank you, Michael.
Emilia Gamble made it all the way from tech support to customer success. Pawel Lorentz was an end-user who is now a part of the Cellebrite product team. After 4 and 5 years at Cellebrite, they shared a few stories about career moves, requested skill sets, and their experience with our global customers. Find their inspiring stories in the premiere of our first-ever podcast.
Once again, we are excited to witness our team members across the globe coming together to create unforgettable moments. Here are some highlights from our recent team-building day in the UK!
Simon Woolley was a member of the Australian Army for 15 years and a much-appreciated Digital Forensic Analysts Team Leader at Victoria Police. Today, he helps make the world safer as our CAS Team Leader in APAC: "Almost five years ago, I took the leap and switched career paths, earning my current position by passing 8 tough interviews with people from around the world. Now I’m proud to say I’m a part of Cellebrite, a company that provides forensic evidence-extraction technologies to help law enforcement organizations track down criminals fast and stop them before they can cause further harm. At Cellebrite, we also offer a specialized service called CAS (Cellebrite Advanced Services), that goes beyond what typical law enforcement normally face and that is where CAS teams are stepping in. This service could include using one of Cellebrite’s Forensics Labs to gain access to a device or advising customers about our product’s capabilities. Today, I work with incredibly talented people in a global environment. I run my own lab in Australia and manage labs in Singapore and Tokyo. Plus, I run Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence training. As you probably guessed, I fly quite frequently due to my scope. In the past year alone, I've jetted off to places like Japan, Fiji, France, London, Singapore, and, of course, back to Australia! While this globetrotting lifestyle has its perks, what I value most about my job is that we genuinely make a difference in people’s lives!
This week, we brought together our 50 finance professionals from around the world for an immersive experience in Israel. It was a four-day journey of team building, professional development, and valuable connections. Here's a sneak peek of how it went :)
Plastic pollution extends beyond the boundaries of our office. That's why earlier this month, we geared up, grabbed our garbage bags, and headed to Ga'ash Beach in Israel for an intense clean-up session!
This week we met up with Scott Steinberg, an international lecturer and strategic consultant who told us about the future of workplaces and career-shaping trends. It was inspiring seeing hundreds of Cellebrite peers coming together from around the globe, all excited to kick off this unique conference on skill development in the ever-evolving era. The conference, which takes place this month, will feature lectures by top industry experts, AI workshops, F*ckup Night, exclusive podcasts, and many more surprises that will make this conference one to remember. We wish all our people a fantastic experience!
