Hi there, thanks for leaving your feedback. We’re happy to see that you value the collaboration with your team. To your point on the constant changes in the team structure, we understand that this can be frustrating. Due to the frequent changes in the travel industry, we have to quickly adapt to ensure that our business remains relevant. That said, we are continuously working to ensure that our teams are supported adequately when changes occur. Thanks for your valuable contributions to trivago and we wish you continued success in your role 🙂

The flexible work time depends very much on the role and the team.
No disclosure regarding salary range (still after year of promising of making then manifest).
So many internal restructuring that the teams often lose focus and are not guaranteed continuity.

Hello, thank you for your candid feedback. We appreciate your dedication to trivago over the past six years and for sharing insights about your work experience.
Regarding your concerns about flexible work hours, we understand the importance of this factor in creating a positive work environment. While we expect flexibility to be clearly understood and interpreted equally, we can imagine that there might be gaps depending on the teams and their level of understanding. We'll take your feedback into consideration as we strive for clarity and fairness. However we would also encourage you to have a discussion with your lead or team if you require additional flexibility due to your personal needs.
We believe our leadership team members are well-equipped with the knowledge and experience to guide our mission but even more, they’re open to exchanging ideas on how to improve our core product. If you have specific use cases and examples for how to achieve this, please reach out to any of them and they’ll be happy to engage with you on this topic. Once again, thanks for your feedback!
