Pros

Super friendly Colleagues. Company office. Company benefits.

Cons

Team lead lacks professionalism and displays a lack of respect, often engaging in unprofessional behavior, including bullying team members. Additionally, the compensation offered is inadequate. Some Team leads do everything to make you leave the company.

Our talent development team invests a lot of time into training our leads to be exemplary leaders but we acknowledge that there’s always room for improvement. We will continue to address the gaps to make sure that we’re moving in the right direction. We wish you the best in your future endeavours.

Pros

- free beer, cereals, milk, coffee and other small stuff - team events where you see your managers get drunk - one trip once a year where the whole company gets drunk - average age 25

Cons

- all the above benefits mean less salary for people while trivago pays less taxes - very inexperience middle managers that treat people like monkey - no way to move up because of older employees and flat hierarchy
