      The work culture and work-life balance of teams here is much better than the other organizations. Employees feel valued and broad based benefits that are provided here are great. Most importantly, working at de facto is FUN. Company follows strict working hours that is a good thing Employess can use their way of work that is a plus point. gives exposure to latest technologies in the market

      I did not find any cons for this company because i think this is a good place to work for where you are in a place to grasp new things. The company has strict rules and regulations that have to be followed
