      Stay Away: Toxic Leadership and Poor Job Security – Not Recommended for Engineers with self respect.

      Competitive compensation (No job security / Respect & You will need to work under a dictator VP / Senior Manager without any ethics).

      Cons

      The organization is currently facing a toxic leadership culture, particularly at the VP and senior management levels. Developers, DevOps, and System Engineers receive minimal support, with recognition and job security often sacrificed for leadership’s self-promotion. Decision-making appears to be driven more by internal politics than by performance or merit. Even high-performing employees face the risk of sudden layoffs. The new leadership environment prioritizes personal agendas over collective team success, undermining morale and long-term growth.

      So many nice people. Training has been set up quite wel. You can be very creative here, there is a lot of space for personal development and also to help improve things.
