Pros

Salary on time. You might find some good employees (not managers or HR) but it's a shame they leave in couple of months because how toxic company environment is.

Cons

No work life balance. Overtime every day but no extra pay (9am in morning till 12am at night). Bad Salary, way below market rate. They do not give any promotions. You will have to leave for a better company to get any increment in salary. Also, they do not give any bonus. More cons- Poor laptops provided for remote work. Extreme micromanagement. No job security. Useless meetings. Unhelpful HR (don't know what she even does, seems like freeloading on company money). In short NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone. I too would be leaving very soon, it's best you find some other company who values you as an employee. Also, I would have hoped I could give zero stars in work life section.
