      Different time zones for the different employees. And sometimes different weekends.

      Apart from good location, there are no other advantages.

      Cons

      Salary is received very late. Often not fully obtained. When I resigned I was owed three months salary. The company counts the workers as slaves. No bonus. No annual salary increase. Nothing. The company has an attitude of irritating employees.
